Countersinks

Single Flute Countersinks should be used when multi-fute countersinks chatter or the hole is too small for a multi-flute countersink to enter. Sixty degree countersinks are used for centering. Eighty two degree countersinks are used for countersinking flathead screws. Ninety degree countersinks are used for chamfering and deburring. One hundred degree countersinks are used to make scre and rivet holes.
